Scuba diving in Sardegna

It was not expected in any way, but in the 6 days/nights we spent in Golfo Aranci (where we have a family summer house) we were effectively on a boat every day and learning to scuba dive... Can't thank Andrea and Centro Immersione Figarolo enough!!!  Great people - great school!  Here are the pics!

Casa dolce casa...
Our terrace... Like an extra room!

Views from our terrace...
Three minute walk to the beach and Baia marina...
Looking out toward the setting sun...
Red sky at night, sailor's delight
Some of the locals...
And Paolo, our friend, playing with the dolphins
Here's Paolo feeding a large male dolphin
The Sardo flag flying atop this outcropping of rocks...
Loading up the scuba gear
Piergiorgio behind the wheel...
Ombra can hardly contain herself with the prospect of going diving...
Our dive master himself, Piergiorgio...
It was some 17 years since Ombra last was scuba diving... Sorting out her gear here

Nice pictures, indeed! From now we have to plan dives together (and bike trips, too).

Yes, Valter, I think that you and I are in full agreement on that...  Let's plan a nice ride with scuba stops along the way!  That sounds like a real vacation! Cool

Awesome memories...What a blast we had! I am SO excited about having initiated Ron to the scuba diving world! Can't wait to dive again, this time in the warm waters of the Sunshine State.
