Coverage of the 2013 International Triathlon Union (ITU) endorsed Pan American Cup Sprint held in Bridgetown, Barbados. This event is hosted by the Barbados Federation of Island Triathletes (BFIT).

The women's triathlon took place first under overcast but generally cool and dry conditions. However, the men who competed afterwards, were wet from the second they hit the water. The skies opened up and the ensuing rain had everyone soaked. The wet roads led to many riders having spills making for an unpredictable finish up to the very end.
