Elite Mexican Triathlete Arturo Garza demonstrates the Pose Cycling Balance Perception Drill, illustrating what the drill should look like and highlighting the benefits it provides for your cycling technique. The Pose Cycling Balance Drill should be performed prior to any cycling training routine in order to accentuate the proper placement of clipless cleats to the pedals. Aligning your position on the pedals has many biomechanical benefits, but most importantly it allows you to efficiently transfer your body weight to the pedals, making you a more economical rider! Perform the drill 5 - 10 times, holding the balance position for up to 10 or more seconds each time. Thanks for watching, we'll see you next week.
