Thanks for sharing this video. Good instructions throughout. I always try to achieve a 90 degree bend in my arms. Works well for me and I can ride for hours in comfort. Also critical to have a slight bend in the knees, but only a slight one. In my experience, a slightly higher saddle position on a time trial bike than for a bike you use for climbing.
