Hi Anu - thanks for sharing. That's a pretty good video and I agree with her advice! Just too bad that she doesn't actually show the things she's talking about (aero clip-on bars and fast forward seatpost), but her suggestion of starting with a road bike and simply adding clip-ons and another seatpost are spot on.
