My good friend, Juergen Hofmann and his wife, Evi, own the Goldener Ganz Weinstube in Mannheim, Germany, where I played for two seasons. Great guy and good friend of hockey players, like Harold Kreis (current coach of the Mannheim Eagles, German National Hockey League; multiple Champion coach in Switzerland and Germany; and fellow player when we won the German Championship)! Juergen sent this photo of the boys enjoying a good German meal after a hockey clinic in town... Quite an interesting cast of characters!
