Outcroppings of wild palm trees…  almost Serengeti-like…   changed over from cane to cattle and horse country with much more interesting roads.

Lots of Black Angus cattle huddled under trees for shade.  The bulls made no bones about the fact that they didn’t want me around… The “moos” were deep and vibrated loud and long across the plain…
