Day 9 - Breakfast of Champions
The 5 oz. steak on top of the eggs and hash browns and whole wheat toast, all washed down with a good cup of coffee, was just what I needed for today's ride to Charleston.

So typically American! No one in their right mind here would think of having steak for breakfast, not even the English... and we can deal with an English breakfast (apart for the English sausages for me), but steak :( for breakfast? But then you adapt everywhere, you had all kinds of charcuterie too in Germany, you're a cameleon. Do Canadians have steak for breakfast too? I did not think so?
