We woke up early today because we wanted to bang out some serious mileage... Driving down through Pennsylvania Amish country we saw large farms, small Amish schools with yards full of kids playing, and Friday is obviously washing day as every farm had all lines hanging full of washed clothes!
That line you see at the bottom of the pic is in fact my motorcycle windshield as I rolled up behind the buggy and took the shot at about 30 MPH! Gotta love the 45 MPH sign - as if the buggy could ever...
Thanks for the reminder, Beatrice! Note kilometers and miles, celcius and fahrenheit going forward!

Great to be able to follow like that! Actually passing the Amish, I only saw in movies! I visited only the big nat'l parks in the USA apart from NYC, L.A. (what's the code for that?), Frisco, San Diego... Thanks for the Celcius degrees, why not kilometers as well as miles for your European friends? I know one mile is about 1.6 kilometers? Am postponing lunch in order to see your adventures! Bon appétit if you are eating...
