Kings vs.....

LA locked in their spot for Stanley Cup round last night and will get a week's rest while the Rangers and Devils continue their East Coast battles tonight, tied at 2 games a piece... So, as I've said here a number of times, whoever gets the honor from this side of the draw is going to be pretty dam tired when the finals begin.

Here are three scenarios that could play out:

1. Rangers prevail over the Devils and Kings because of King Henrik and he is chosen MVP.  Everyone is over the moon in New York City and the larger Ranger land...

2. Devils prevail over the Rangers and Kings.  Marty retires after the final game after one of the longest goaltending careers in history and everyone in Devils land names their newborn sons, Marty... (a few dog owners will rename their dogs as well)...

3. Kings sweep the series against either of the exhausted challengers and Quick becomes the King of LA and NHL MVP....

We'll know more tonight!  Go Rangers!
