250!!! Today is the final Push-up Challenge Day!

Well well... Here we are - finally - at 250 push ups!  It's been an amazing exercise in will power, but the physical effort and beneficial results - including the severely calloused knuckles - are something I can take pride in...  With this final 250 push ups today, we completed 1,580 for this week and an astounding 6,400 push ups in total, if my count is right, over the last 7 weeks!  August 25th was our start date and October 13th our finish.

I send my heartfelt congratulations to all of my Koguma Dojo brothers and sisters that took up the Challenge and finished with Ombretta and I today! Great effort!

Ron,

I saw your knuckes in Toronto in Toronto last week....I was impressed.  But the word "masochistic" also comes to mind.  But I guess that could describe all of us who deliberately pursue activities that inflict self-pain.

So next time you do this, count me in.

@ Tom: your post made me laugh!!!  A marathoner talking about self-inflicted pain!  How does that go: The frying pan calling the kettle black?  That's what we said growing up anyway...  BTW, you don't need me to do it.  Just start with 5 push-ups today; add another five to today's count tomorrow; and keep the process up until you hit 250 in one day.  You should get there in 7 weeks!  Highly recommended!
