The Challenge continues with each day. As the number of daily push ups goes up, calculating in which increments you'll do them is part of the process. I have four sets of 20 behind me and two to go, as I write this. Doing constant push ups for weeks now has given me a new appreciation for them as a 'one stop shop' for the whole body... Ombretta and I are both feeling stronger bi- and triceps, abs, shoulders, back, etc. My posture has improved; my shoulders drawn back by new-found back muscles, opening my chest. It is surprising to me that simply doing push ups could engendered so much improved muscle tone across one's entire body but, undoubtedly, everyone of us that is (honestly) doing this Challenge is experiencing this. In the same way as everyone participationg in the Challenge is experiencing the transformation of our knuckles! At the 120 push up point, in my view, getting down and doing some 30-50 push ups a day can make a world of difference to your overall health. What do you think?
